Brief Information

Sublimation offset ink is a type of thermal transfer ink. This process is to first print the ink on paper and then transfer it to the substrate. According to the characteristics of dye sublimation of sublimation ink when exposed to high temperature, the ink is sublimated inside the substrate instead of on the surface. Under certain conditions of temperature, pressure and time, the ink sublimates into a gas phase state and is transferred from the printing paper to the fabric (such as sportswear, non-woven bags, clothing, handicrafts, layered metal, etc.), vapor sublimation diffusion enters the interior of the fabric to achieve the purpose of coloring. There is no hand feeling after transfer printing.
